Once we are clear about your needs, we work closely with you to:

• Sketch a design in response to your brief and budget
• Review this to ensure that what you want matches what the design offers
• Model the design in 3D to ensure buildability and cost-effectiveness
• Review and sign off the sketch design
• Obtain the planning approvals
• Review and sign off on the detailed documentation
• Tender and select the preferred builders
• Project manage and administer the construction on-site
• Administer the project to completion and occupancy stage

We're available at any time to answer your questions and respond to your concerns. We know issues can arise both early and late. We're available via phone or face-to-face when you want to talk to us and where you want to see us.
